Are WhatsApp messaging charges included?
No. Meta WhatsApp usage is separate from the platform subscription and follows the applicable rate card. We confirm the billing setup during onboarding.
What does onboarding cover?
The proposed onboarding scope includes business setup, templates, knowledge and catalog preparation, and a first customer journey. Your proposal confirms the included work and any additional integration scope.
What happens when we exceed the AI allowance?
The proposed overage rates are ₹1 per additional response on Silver, ₹0.75 on Gold, and ₹0.50 on Platinum. Final usage definitions and commercial terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Can we change plans later?
We review your number count, team, catalog size, and automation needs together. The upgrade process and effective date are agreed in your commercial terms.
